Slovenian E-Invoicing Compliance
B2G e-invoicing to Slovenian public bodies has been mandatory since 1 January 2015, submitted through the UJP (Uprava Republike Slovenije za javna plačila) portal in the national e-SLOG format or PEPPOL BIS 3.0. For B2B, the National Assembly adopted the Act on the Exchange of Electronic Invoices in October 2025, with the main obligation expected from 1 January 2028 using e-SLOG, EN 16931 or other approved formats, exchanged via PEPPOL, certified providers or direct exchange (timeline subject to change).
